Darrell Stamps has an extensive background in managing various programs for regulated industries. As Managing Partner of The Ramsay Group, Darrell directs, establishes, maintains, and plans the overall policies and goals for the development of the business.

Darrell's accomplishments as an established partner at The Ramsay Group have exceeded those of many colleagues in the industry. His talents and understanding of public organization and policy across the nation is paralleled by very few. His knowledge and skills are backed with the achievement of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the California State University, Fresno.

Veda Ramsay-Stamps - Managing Partner

As a managing partner, Veda Ramsay-Stamps utilizes more than 17 years of experience working on urban revitalization and urban policy issues. Veda's working knowledge of local, state, and federal governments was obtained as an Executive Analyst for the City of Fresno and through her position as a Legislative Aid to Congressman Harold Ford, Jr. and Congressman Ronald Dellums with the U.S House of Representatives in Washington, DC. While serving in these roles, she analyzed policies, budget structures, provided political strategies and research to local, state, and federal decision-makers.

Veda's unwavering commitment to understand and improve economic and social challenges in communities is rooted in her current and past leadership roles on several boards, commissions, and committees. Veda received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and completed her Masters coursework in International Relations with honors at California State University, Fresno.

Stephen Sotomayor - Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager for the Ramsay Group, Stephen Sotomayor brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as it relates to city/ county planning and development consulting. His experience includes the administration of HOME investment partnership funds, workforce housing, land acquisition and entitlements, writing and analysis of development pro-formas, review and submission of tax-credit (LIHTC, MHP) financing applications, general plan updates and the development of consolidated plans. Stephen was named one of Fresno’s 2008 top 40 professionals under 40 years of age by Business Street Magazine. Stephen has a B.A Degree from the University of Arizona and serves as a member of the Chamber of Commerce Downtown Revitalization Task Force.

Marie Perry - Project Associate

Marie Perry brings successful experience in project management, marketing, networking and communications for non-profit and government sectors. As project associate, her responsibilities include, project scheduling and monitoring, as well as, collection and analysis of primary and secondary research data. Marie has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, and Bakersfield.
